Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure your garments are in original condition with all tags attached, then securely pack them in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Boutique

  Attach the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest postal service location; please retain your tracking number for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our quality control team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
